Government of Gujarat vide notification number CL6/Notification/T5/82 to 91/2021, Dated 29-01-2021 has abrogated the notification which specified renewal of Labour License under the Contract Labour (R&A). Thus, from 31/12/2020, Labour Contractors do not need to renew their Labour License. However, they need to get the new License once upto 5 years.
